wine cellar

A cool, dark wine-storage space available to any tenant within at least one building usage zone.

A wine cellar is a space where conditions are kept ideal for storing bottles of wine. Wine cellars do not necessarily need to be underground, but should be kept cool and dark. It is listed as a building amenity when it is available for the use of any tenant within one usage zone.

The storage conditions and shared availability define the amenity. The space need not be below ground, despite the word cellar, as long as it provides the cool, dark conditions described above.

Storage space accommodates materials more generally. A wine cellar is specifically arranged for bottles of wine, and a private cellar within one tenant's own premises does not provide the shared access required here.
