storage space
Additional space inside a building where tenants can store materials outside their regular units or areas.
Storage space refers to special areas within a building, apart from regular tenant space, which tenants can use to store any materials they do not wish to keep in their own units or areas.
The storage area is separate from the space the tenant normally occupies. It provides room for materials that the tenant does not wish to keep within that regular tenancy.
