bicycle storage
A room or other protected area for storing bicycles, excluding a simple outdoor bicycle rack.
A bicycle storage facility is a room or other protected area for parking and storing bicycles. A simple outdoor bicycle rack is not counted as bicycle storage.
The storage provision protects a designated place for bicycles. The definition includes a room or another protected area, without requiring all bicycle storage to be enclosed in a separate room.
A simple outdoor rack is expressly excluded. Storage space provides general extra storage for tenants, while this amenity identifies space provided specifically for parking and keeping bicycles.
