platinum

A very pale gray facade color between silver and white, represented by the reference hex triplet DCDCDC.

The color platinum is an extremely light shade of gray, about halfway between silver and white, or a quarter to one third of the way between white and medium gray. It occurs sometimes in metal facades, but is less common than silver as a color for metallic facades. Aside from painted facades, one of its most common occurrences is in unpainted concrete.

Hex triplet: DCDCDC

The shade is lighter than silver and need not be metallic. Unpainted concrete is one included material example. The hex triplet is a comparison sample for a range of similar facade colors, rather than an exact-match requirement.
