lease runtime
The scheduled contractual extent of a lease contract specified by the owner.
The runtime of a lease is the contractual extent in time for the lease's validity as specified by the owner or, in the case of a sub-lease, by the holder of the original lease.
The duration concerns the period for which the lease is contractually valid. It is distinct from the time a tenant actually remains in the space.
The availability date identifies when the property becomes available for the agreed purpose. Runtime describes the extent of the resulting lease period instead.
