body care salon
Retail spaces offering non-medical services for maintaining or improving personal appearance and bodily care.
Body care salons are any kinds of retail spaces offering services aimed at improving or maintaining personal appearance through non-medical means.
The services act on personal appearance through non-medical means. A shop selling beauty products without providing those services is not itself a body care salon.
The group includes specialized nail salons and barber shops. The narrower beauty salon definition has its own exclusions for barber shops and massage parlors.
