A company's recognized general email address for initial or universal contact, distinct from a named individual's address.
The official e-mail address of a company is a general e-mail address recognized and utilized by that company for purposes of universal or initial contact, and is generally the primary e-mail made available to the public. This is distinguished from the e-mail address of specific contact persons.
The address provides a general point of contact with the company. An employee's individual mailbox does not meet that general-company role merely because it uses the company's email domain.
A property's primary email contact is selected for the party responsible for that property. It can differ from this general address, and a contact person identifies an individual separately.
