A site with regular helicopter traffic, designated for boarding, takeoffs, and landings.

A heliport is a site designated for the boarding, take-off, and landing of helicopters.

This applies as a usage for sites with regular helicopter traffic - not just to any building with a helipad (which may or may not have regular helicopter traffic).

Regular helicopter operation establishes the usage. A medical or commercial heliport can include a helipad, but the presence of a landing surface alone does not establish regular traffic.
