A faculty club is a meeting place reserved mainly for faculty at an educational institution, especially at a college or university. These clubs give faculty members a place for conversation, intellectual exchange, and camaraderie in an environment where they will not be disturbed by students or administrators. Faculty club houses often feature dining rooms, lounges, meeting halls, and recreational facilities.

Faculty membership is the principal basis for use. The facility can support informal conversation as well as organized meetings and dining.

A college or university setting is common, but the definition also includes other educational institutions. Alumni and student gathering spaces have separate meanings.
