name announced
An authorized person or entity registers, records, or publicly announces a structure's official name.
The name of a structure is announced whenever its owner, the owner of the proposed project, or any person or entity with the right to assign its official name, registers, records, or publicly announces the official name. This event may occur any number of times in the life of a structure up to commencement of its demolition.
Registration or recording by someone entitled to assign the name is included even without a public announcement. A nickname coined by an unrelated observer does not meet the official-name condition.
Name chosen records selection of the name. Selection and announcement can occur at different times, and repeated official naming events can occur before demolition begins.
