individual
A single person acting in the role of a company with respect to a structure or complex.
An individual person is listed as a company whenever he or she acts in a role with regard to a structure or complex which is tantamount to a company's role. This applies especially to owners, which are very often single persons; however it can also apply to architects, engineers, developers, and many other roles.
The actor is one natural person performing a role comparable to that of a firm. Property ownership is one example, but professional and development roles are also possible.
A consortium consists of cooperating firms, while a group of companies is a corporate association. Neither is the single-person actor described here.
