A prohibition on skateboarding means that riding or doing stunts on skateboards is not allowed within the defined area. This policy is often applied to areas that are generally attractive to skateboarders, such as buildings with plazas.
The restriction covers ordinary skateboard riding as well as stunts. The presence of a paved plaza does not imply permission to skateboard there.
