A reform synagogue is a place for religious ceremonies, prayer, and devotion in Reform Judaism. As opposed to an orthodox synagogue, men and women usually pray together in these synagogues.

The congregation practices Reform Judaism. Its religious affiliation distinguishes the synagogue from one belonging to a different Jewish tradition.

Shared prayer by men and women is usual, while separation is usual in an Orthodox synagogue. Seating arrangements alone do not necessarily establish the congregation's affiliation.
