The total number of parking places designated specifically for motorized cycles.
The number of motorcycle slots in a structure, module, or other site is the total number of parking spaces designated specifically for motorized cycles, including motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, and similar vehicles. It does not include slots designated to accommodate any two-wheeled vehicle regardless whether motorized or not.
The spaces are specifically reserved for motorized cycles. A space shared by bicycles and motorized cycles belongs to the broader bicycle-slot quantity described separately.
The figure describes designated parking capacity. It does not depend on how many motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters occupy those spaces at the moment.
