An animation design company is a firm that creates videos or other moving computer-generated 3D representations of buildings and/or their surroundings for the promotional purposes of architects or other companies involved in the design, construction or marketing of the building.
The moving representation depicts a building or its surroundings for a promotional purpose. A static physical model is a different kind of presentation.
The company creates the animation itself. A visualization software company produces the software with which an animation designer can create that work.
