Systematic mechanical demolition starts again after an earlier demolition process was begun and halted.
Systematic demolition resumes when a regular process of mechanical demolition is started after having been started and halted in the past. This does not apply if regular mechanical demolition is being applied for the first time to a structure already partly destroyed through other forms of damage.
This event changes the status of a structure from in ruins to under demolition.
The same kind of demolition must previously have started and stopped. Beginning mechanical demolition for the first time after fire, collapse, or other damage is a demolition start rather than a resumption.
