Land, a terrace, a rooftop, or an indoor area planted for decoration or improved living conditions.
Garden space is any plot of land, terrace, rooftop, or indoor area where trees and/or other plants are grown for decorative purposes or to enhance living conditions. Greenhouses used for practical cultivation are not counted as gardens.
Garden space is not limited to ground-level outdoor land. Rooftops and indoor areas can qualify when plants are grown for the stated purposes.
A greenhouse used for practical cultivation is expressly excluded. The purpose of the planting distinguishes that cultivation space from a garden amenity.
