Pentecostalism emphasizes the work of the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts in Christian life. The movement includes several denominations and independent congregations, so it is not one centrally governed church organization.
Some Pentecostal churches use Apostolic in their names. The separately defined New Apostolic Church is a particular church body, and the shared word apostolic does not establish that a congregation belongs to it.
