number of hotel suites
The quantity of multi-room hotel suites within a building or a defined place.
The number of hotel suites in a building, complex, module, structure, hotel, usage zone, occupancy zone, or other defined place is the total quantity of guest units within that place which have multiple rooms for the same registered party. This quantity excludes regular hotel rooms that are not suites.
Every hotel unit is either a suite or not, so the two subsets add up to the number of hotel units. What counts as a suite is the hotel's own classification rather than a size threshold.
A room taken out of service or held for staff is still a unit. The field counts what the building has, not what is sellable tonight.
