number of doors
The quantity of all types of doors in a structure, both internal and external.
The number of doors in a structure or place is the total count of all types of full doorway barriers (i.e. movable partitions which fill a doorway frame) belonging to that place or structure, whether internal or on the perimeter.
The total includes full doorway barriers in the interior as well as those facing outside. A location at the building perimeter is not necessary.
Different opening mechanisms belong to the overall door count. A bare opening without a movable doorway barrier is not itself a door.
