Office spaces are normal white-collar workplaces, where people perform non-physical labor in a commercial or organizational setting.
The space accommodates organizational or commercial work of the office kind. It is the work performed there that establishes the use, not simply ownership of the premises by a company.
Commercial office and institutional office distinguish the organizational setting and identification of the space. A mixed tenant roster has the commercial-office treatment specified in those more particular definitions.
