The last tower crane used in the construction of a structure begins to be dismantled.
The disassembly of the last tower crane used in a structure's construction occurs as soon as the last non-mobile crane ceases to be operational and begins to be taken apart. This event only applies to fixed cranes or cranes built on tracks; it does not apply to vehicle-type mobile cranes.
The last qualifying crane must both stop operating and begin disassembly. A temporary operational pause without dismantling is insufficient.
If several tower cranes serve the project, dismantling an earlier one leaves this event pending while another remains. Removal of a vehicle-type mobile crane does not establish the event.
