Dubai parcel number
The number assigned by Dubai Municipality to the land parcel on which a structure stands, distinct from a building number.
Dubai Municipality numbers the plots of land in the emirate, and this field holds the number of the plot a structure stands on. It names ground, not a building.
One parcel can carry several buildings, each with its own building number, so the two numbers answer different questions about the same address.
A parcel number outlives whatever is built on it. Demolishing a tower does not retire the plot, and the next development is registered against the same number.
