ISO 3166-1 numeric code
The three-digit country code in part 1 of the ISO 3166 standard, such as 276 for Germany or 250 for France.
The numeric code names the same country as the letter codes without using the Latin alphabet, which is why it is the rendering that works in any script.
Codes below 100 are written with a leading zero, as in 076 for Brazil, so the value is stored as text. As a number it turns into 76 and matches nothing.
