Dubai DLD project number
The number assigned by Dubai's Land Department to a development project, which may comprise one or several buildings.
Dubai’s Land Department registers a development as a project and gives it a number, which this field holds. A project is the scheme as a whole, from a single tower to a community of many buildings.
The number covers everything sold under that development, so many registered properties share one project number. The property number identifies the individual title inside it.
Ownership and fabric are recorded by different authorities here. Dubai Municipality numbers the physical building and the plot, so one building can legitimately carry four official numbers.
