double-decker elevators

An elevator installation with vertically stacked cabins that stop at several floors simultaneously.

A double-decker elevator is an elevator cab with stacked cabins, which stops at multiple floors simultaneously. A building is assigned this as a property if it has at least one such elevator.

The cabins form vertically stacked parts of the same elevator cab. Their arrangement allows passengers at different floor levels to use that elevator at the same stop.

Several independent elevator cars in a building do not establish this feature. One elevator with the stacked-cabin arrangement is sufficient, and the property does not require every elevator in the building to have multiple decks.
