playground
A special area for children to play on equipment designed for their enjoyment.
A playground is a specially designated area filled with various pieces of equipment designed to offer fun activity for children. Typical equipment includes slides, sandboxes, swings, objects for climbing, and apparatuses which bounce or spin.
Playgrounds are listed as building amenities when they are located on the property, and are intended for the use of tenants and/or guests of the building. They cannot be listed for a building when located in a nearby public park.
Playgrounds are generally located outdoors. Indoor rooms designed for children's play are classified as playrooms.
